Who are the NCAA's Best Looking Athletes?

Oakland Arena
Florida's Kari Klinkenborg (No. 10) is one of the NCAA's hottest athletes. Who else gets your vote?.

In yesterday's Scorecard section, SI Swimsuit models weighed in with their choices of the 20 best looking male and female athletes. As you probably expected, Tony Parker, Maria Sharapova, Tom Brady and Anna Kournikova were among the top choices. Today, we're extending this to the college ranks, but we need your help. We know you've lusted after that sexy girl on the field hockey team or the guy who looks hot in his wrestling tights. Now is the time to make your voice heard.

Among the early nominations are Kari Klinkenborg (Florida volleyball), Errek Suhr (Indiana basketball), Anya Miller (Minnesota hockey) and the entire Alabama gymnastics team.

Those are just a few names, but we need more. Who do you nominate for best looking college athlete?

Holiday Gifts ... SIOC Style

Oakland Arena
SIOC's gift to college hoops fans is a UConn-Ohio State game so we could see the nation's two best big men -- Greg Oden and Hasheem Thabeet -- face off.

It's the holiday season and hopefully you've purchased all your presents by now (or else you'll have a fun time at the mall this weekend). If you're still looking for some last minute ideas, SIOC's handy gift guide should help you. However, the best presents are often the ones that can't be measured in dollars and cents, and it is with that thought that we hand out some holiday gifts, SIOC style.

To college basketball fans, we give you an Ohio State-Connecticut matchup so you can see the two best 7-footers in the game -- Greg Oden and Hasheem Thabeet -- face off.

To Boise State fans, we give you a college playoff. While the nation debates the merits of Florida vs. Michigan and which team should face Ohio State in the BCS Championship game, the Broncos -- excuse me ... the undefeated Broncos -- are looking at a Fiesta Bowl matchup with Oklahoma. We're not necessarily saying Boise State would beat the Gators or Wolverines, but at least the Broncos deserve a shot.

To Tom O'Brien, we give you a .500 season at N.C. State. We don't understand why the ex-Boston College coach would leave Chestnut Hill to take over the reigns of an inferior ACC team. In 10 years with the Eagles, O'Brien boasted a 75-45 record, including six straight bowl wins. Our only guess is that he just didn't like the city of Boston.

Those are some of the things on SIOC's holiday gift list. What's on yours?

2007 Mock Draft - Top 10 Picks

Oakland Arena
Troy Smith may have won the Heisman, but will he be picked above Brady Quinn in April?
It's never too early for a mock draft, especially when there are another two weeks to kill before the BCS bowls begin. Luckily for us, SI's Peter King has already done the heavy lifting, as he posted his first 10 picks in this week's issue of SI. In case you didn't catch it, here's how he had it:

1. Lions - Brady Quinn, QB
2. Raiders – Troy Smith, QB
3. Cardinals – Joe Thomas, T
4. Buccaneers – Calvin Johnson, WR
5. Browns – Ted Ginn Jr., WR
6. Texans – Alan Branch, DT
7. Packers – Gaines Adams, DE
8. Redskins – Leon Hall, CB
9. Rams – LeRon Landry, S
10. Vikings, Levi Brown, T

As we've learned from every mock draft we've ever attempted, our readers are going to have a lot of issues with the choices. So tell us what you agree with, disagree with and who we completely missed the boat on.
Do you have a topic worth venting about? Send your suggestions here.
