What's your favorite refueling food?

When you finish a long run or a tough game of three-on-three, what food helps you refuel? An energy bar? Turkey sandwich? Banana? Use the form below to let us know. Also, check out the responses we got to our previous question: What music psyches you up?

Janice Danielian
Richard Montgomery High, Rockville, Md.
"Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-A-Lot . Not only does it relax me, it also gets me mentally ready to kick some butt!

Michele Dreistadt
Bloomsburg (Pa.) University
"Dragula" by Rob Zombie . The moment I hear the beat, I get excited about stepping onto the field. I feel as if the world is mine to control.

Lindsey Kayle
Liberty-Benton High, Findlay, Ohio
"Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor . When 34 teenage girls are belting it out, you just have to feel motivated to run!

Amanda Schaeffer
Harper College, Palatine, Ill.
"I'm Just a Girl" by No Doubt . The girl-power thing really makes me feel like women can do anything.

Katherine Buell
Norton, Mass.
My field hockey team put AC/DC 's "Back In Black" album on repeat before every practice and game -- and we won the championship. Every time I hear any of those songs before a game, my adrenaline starts to pump.

Mitzie Rakich
Phoenix, Ariz.
Two words: Bob Marley . Throughout my playing days, I always had him blaring in the car or on my Discman before games and practices. The music made me relaxed, focused and pumped for battle.

Audrey Miller
Portland, Ore.
KORN always gets me pumped. If I listen to it while I run, I run faster and longer. It makes me more determined.

Alexis Lombard
Knoxville, Tenn.
As a rower at the University of Tennessee, music plays a pivotal role in my indoor training, as the rhythm of a song will often mimic my rhythm on a rowing machine. Gloria Estefan 's latest album, "Gloria", radiates with her energetic voice and her positive attitude towards life.

Hilary Bulger
White Bear Lake, Minn.
Our hockey team loves to listen to "Living on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi . We all sing along at the top of our lungs, then we hit the ice hard.

Caitlin Lawes
Dyer, Ind.
Before I swim, I like to listen to anything by the Beach Boys that's about surfing or the ocean. Before I play softball, I like to listen to The Dixie Chicks song "Wide Open Spaces" because I like to think about all the wide open spaces I'd like to hit the ball through.

Leela Bhat
West Warwick, R.I.
When I'm working out or running I have to listen to "Cup of Life" by Ricky Martin . This song reminds me of the women's World Cup, and motivates me to work harder to one day get on the women's national team.

Jennifer Markham
Glendale, Calif.
When I was a competitive figure skater, I usually had some time between my warm-up and my turn to compete. One of my favorite things to hear before I took the ice was Aaron Copland 's "Fanfare for the Common Man." It always made me think of being calm, focused, strong, confident and solid. Best of all, it wasn't pulsating or up-tempo so it didn't make me too pumped or hyper. Figure skating requires steadiness and precision, and the music I chose to inspire me before I competed reflected that.

Meghan Keogh
Langhorne, Pa.
When I was a freshman in high school, the seniors made us listen to Madonna 's "Like a Prayer" before every game. Now it's a tradition for my lacrosse team to listen to that song. It's like our anthem.

Jocelyn Doepker
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Before important games my soccer team gets together in a huddle and we sing along to "I Believe I Can Fly" by R. Kelly . It's our team's song because we are the United Eagles. It pumps us up and gets us ready to play so we can fly towards victory.
