Italy internationals Simone Barone and Andrea Caracciolo had twice given the visitors the lead, but on each occasion Reggina managed to level the score, first with defender Gaetano De Rosa, and then through Paraguayan midfielder Carlos Paredes with a spectacular bicycle kick in time added-on, virtually the last kick of the game. Reggina won their first away game in Serie A this season as they beat Udinese 2-1 at the Friuli stadium last Wednesday evening. Italy international Vincenzo Iaquinta opened the scoring for the hosts, but Nicola Amoruso scored a goal in each half to turn the game round in Reggina's favor. Rolando Bianchi and Juriy Cannarsa both miss Sunday's game against Milan through injury, while Alessandro Lucarelli is suspended. Reggina lost last season's corresponding fixture 0-1.
