Midweek news is that Siena played out a scoreless tie at the San Filippo stadium with Messina Wednesday evening, in a game devoid of any excitement. Roberto D'Aversa and Paolo Foglio both return from suspension for Sunday's game against in-form Roma, but goalkeeper Antonio Mirante could return after a bad bout of flu. Siena lost last season's corresponding fixture 4-0.
