DALLAS (AP) -- Jason Kreis had two goals and an assist Sunday as the Dallas Burn overcame a two-goal halftime deficit for a 4-3 victory over the Los Angeles Galaxy.

The win was the fifth straight at home for the Burn (18-13), who moved into second place in the MLS Western Division with the Colorado Rapids. Los Angeles (19-12), which led 3-1 at halftime, is in first place in the conference and could have clinched it with a victory.

Kreis has 17 goals and 15 assists and became the first player in MLS history to go 15-15 in one season.

Kreis opened the scoring with a rebound of his penalty kick in the 7th minute. Los Angeles' Carlos Hermosillo then sandwiched goals around on own goal by Brandon Pollard of the Burn for the two-goal halftime lead.

Kreis scored on a penalty kick in the 64th minute and Chad Deering tied it in the 73rd for the Burn.

The game-winner came four minutes later when Richard Farrer converted a pass from Kreis.
