TOKYO (Reuters) -- Kashima Antlers maintained a two-point lead at the top of the J-League first division as the Japanese champions brushed aside visiting JEF United Ichihara with a 3-1 win on Saturday.

Yutaka Akita and Brazilian Augusto scored with headers in the 30th and 59th minutes and wing-back Akira Narahashi put the result beyond doubt for the Antlers in the 71st minute in a comfortable victory at Kashima Stadium.

Kashima, who won a domestic treble last season, moved on to 14 points from five second-stage matches, while nearest rivals Nagoya Grampus Eight kept in touch with a 2-0 win at bottom club Cerezo Osaka. Brazilian Marcelo and Yasuyuki Moriyama were both on target.

Japan midfielder Toshiya Fujita scored twice, including a sudden-death winner in extra time, as runaway first-stage winners Jubilo Iwata beat lowly Urawa Reds 2-1 to move up to third on 10 points.

FC Tokyo went fourth, behind Iwata on goal difference, after twice coming from behind to defeat visiting Sanfrecce Hiroshima 3-2 courtesy of a last-minute goal from midfielder Kensuke Kagami.

Steve Perryman's Kashiwa Reysol lost at home to struggling Gamba Osaka. Takahiro Futagawa scored the only goal of the game in the first minute and the visitors held on for the win after Brazilian Vital was sent off in the 73rd minute.

Substitute Gakuya Horii snatched a golden goal as Consadole Sapporo beat Shimizu S-Pulse 3-2 in front of 35,725 fans at Sapporo Dome, one of Japan's 10 venues for next year's World Cup.

Tokyo Verdy edged Yokohama F Marinos 2-1 at Tokyo's National Stadium while Avispa Fukuoka were held to a scoreless draw by visiting Vissel Kobe at Hakata-no-Mori Stadium in Kyushu, south-west Japan.
