IMPACT 5, DYNAMO 0

MONTREAL (AP) - Marco Di Vaio scored two goals to lead Montreal past Houston.

Di Vaio and Felipe Martins scored minutes apart in the first half to put the Impact (12-7-5) up by two. Jeb Brovsky made it 3-0 in the 58th minute and Di Vaio finished off a two-man break on a pass from Patrice Bernier for his fourth goal in two games.

Andrea Pisano added his first Major League Soccer goal and the Impact won their second in a row, and their third straight at Saputo Stadium.

Troy Perkins made a diving save on a header two minutes into the second half.

Houston (10-8-6) lost for just the second time in its past seven MLS games (4-2-1).

TORONTO FC 1, D.C. UNITED 1

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Bobby Convey scored in the 60th minute to lift Toronto FC to a 1-1 draw with D.C. United on Saturday night.

Convey, who began his MLS career with D.C. in 2000 before departing for England in 2004, neatly finished off a pass from Reggie Lambe inside the 18-yard box after a poor clearance by United defender Dejan Jakovic. It was Convey's first goal for Toronto (4-12-9).

Dwayne De Rosario also scored against his former team, giving United (3-17-5) the lead with a long-range strike in the 10th minute. D.C., last in the Eastern Conference, has won just once in its last nine matches.

It was De Rosario's third goal of the season, tying him for the team lead with Luis Silva.

GALAXY 1, WHITECAPS 0

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) - Landon Donovan scored in the third minute and Los Angeles held on for its fifth straight win.

Donovan got his fourth goal in the last three matches to help the Galaxy (12-9-4) secure sole possession of second place in the Western Conference.

Donovan scored after A.J. DeLaGarza's pass hit Whitecaps central defender Johnny Leveron and came to him. The Galaxy captain planted a high shot in the left corner of the net over Whitecaps goalkeeper David Ousted.

The Whitecaps (10-9-6) lost their second straight overall and just their second at home this season.

REAL SALT LAKE 4, CREW 0

SANDY, Utah (AP) - Kyle Beckerman had two goals, rookie forward Devon Sandoval and Luis Gil also scored to lead Real Salt Lake.

The win kept Salt Lake (13-8-6) atop the MLS standings. Gil's goal was Salt Lake's 47th of the season, breaking the previous franchise record of 46 set in 2012. Beckerman gave the team No. 48 right before the end of the second half.

Columbus (8-12-5) snapped a two-game winning streak, denying Crew coach Robert Warzycha his 71st career win with the team and becoming the club's all-time leader in coaching victories.

FC DALLAS 2, EARTHQUAKES 2

FRISCO, Texas (AP) - Michel scored on a penalty kick in the 72nd minute to lift FC Dallas to a draw with San Jose.

Blas Perez also scored for Dallas (9-7-10), which rallied after giving up two goals in the first 16 minutes. Dallas moved into fifth place in the Western Conference, one point ahead of Vancouver.
