Using their heads

Substitute Nia Kuenzer headed in the game-winning goal in the 98th minute as Germany won the Women's World Cup 2-1 over Sweden in overtime. It was the first-ever Cup title for Germany, which knocked off the U.S. in the semifinals. The Americans went on to win the third-place match over Canada.
