| Dugarry has recently returned to his hometown club Bordeaux after travelling around some of Europe's top destinations. He had unhappy spells at AC Milan and Barcelona before moving back to France with Marseille and completed the journey by going back to Parc Lescure in January this year.
Along with Zinedine Zidane he was the star of Bordeaux's run to the 1995/96 UEFA Cup final, leading the line as well as pulling wide to create chances for others. Since his return this year he has shown glimpses of this form and has played himself back into contention for Euro 2000.
He featured in six of the qualifiers for the summer, scoring twice, once in the 1-1 draw in Iceland and again in the 2-0 home win over Armenia.
