The eyes of Europe fall on Belgium and the Netherlands June 10-July 2, as the nations become the first to ever jointly host a European Championship. Euro 2000 will draw visitors from all over Europe and the world to the eight cities and stadiums hosting games -- four each in the Netherlands and Belgium.
King Baudoin Stadium in Brussels plays host to the tournament opener between Belgium and Sweden. In the Netherlands, Rotterdam's De Kuip Stadium will host the final. Security fears surround the small Belgian city of Charleroi, which hosts a highly anticipated England-Germany match.
