JEONJU, South Korea (AP) -- Spain appears to have no injury worries while Paraguay still has two players in doubt for the two sides' Group B World Cup match. "The same base team will play" as in Paraguay's opening 2-2 draw with South Africa, coach Cesare Maldini said Thursday, adding that he had doubts over at least two injured players. "Today (Carlos) Paredes ran well," said the Italian. "But it's going to be a difficult and hard game so the players have to be in good physical condition. We'll see tomorrow." Paraguay's FC Porto midfielder Paredes has had ankle trouble for several days. Also doubtful, Maldini said, was defender Jose Cardozo, with a thigh strain. Speaking after training at the Jeonju stadium, Maldini said he was undecided over whether to play midfielder Diego Gavilan or forward Jorge Luis Campos. Paraguay plays Spain on Friday in Jeonju, western Korea. Spain leads Group B with three points after beating Slovenia 3-1 while Paraguay has one point for its draw with South Africa. Spain trained at the Jeonju stadium Thursday evening with a full side and without any apparent injury troubles. In the practice, coach Jose Antonio Camacho gave no indication as to which players he would field against Paraguay. Players from the first team that played against Slovenia mixed with reserves in an hour-long match. Maldini said he would decide Paraguay's lineup over lunch Friday. Regarding Spain, he said he "feared everything and nothing. "I know it's going to be a hard and difficult match against players of international ranking," he said. "But it's a game of soccer and Paraguay is in very, very good form." Goalkeeper Jose Luis Chilavert said it was a victory for Paraguay just to be in the World Cup. "If they (Spain) lose and they are eliminated early it will be a failure for them because everyone thinks they are a favorite to win the World Cup," said Chilavert. "But for Paraguay a defeat would not be a failure. Paraguay has done enough to get here."
