YOKOHAMA, Japan (AP) -- Belgium was named the cleanest team at the World Cup after finishing atop FIFA's fair play standings ahead of Sweden and Japan.

FIFA spokesman Keith Cooper announced the winner ahead of the World Cup championship match. Finalists Brazil and Germany finished sixth and eighth, respectively.

The prize includes a trophy, medals, a diploma, and a dlrs 50,000 voucher for soccer equipment for the country's youth development program.
