MILAN, Italy (AP) -- French midfielder Alain Boghossian headed in the game-winner in second-half injury time to give Parma a 2-1 victory over Serie A champ AC Milan and the Italian SuperCup on Saturday night.

It was Parma's first SuperCup, which annually pits the league champion against the Italian Cup holder for the first trophy of the new season.

The Milan powerhouse was trying for its fifth SuperCup, a few days after losing the Berlusconi trophy to Juventus of Turin.

Trailing by a goal after Argentine midfielder Andres Guglielminpietro kicked the ball in from a few meters, Parma equalized in the 60th on a powerful header from Argentine striker Hernan Crespo.

As the teams appeared settled for a draw and penalty shootout at Milan's San Siro stadium, Boghossian out-leaped Milan captain Paolo Maldini and keeper Sebastiano Rossi in the 92nd minute to deflect the ball onto the post and slowly over the goalline.

The loss for AC Milan came after it wasted three clear scoring chances beforeBoghossian's game-winner.

Parma and national team keeper GianLuigi Buffon made sensational saves on short-range headers by German striker Oliver Bierhoff and midfielder Massimo Ambrosini.

"When you fail to take advantage of easy chances, then you pay for it. This is the law of soccer," AC Milan coach Alberto Zaccheroni said.

Parma's next match is the second leg of its European Champions League third qualifying round against Glasgow Rangers on Wednesday.

Rangers won 2-0 in its home leg 10 days ago.

In exhibition play, Italy's Lazio played to a 1-1 draw against Argentina's River Plate in a friendly at Rome's Olympic stadium Friday night.

Bologna stuns Inter 4-2 in pre-season friendly

Forward Jonathan Binotto scored two second-half goals and French striker Cristophe Sanchez added another in the 90th minute as Bologna stunned powerhouse Internazionale of Milan 4-2 in a pre-season friendly Saturday.

Bologna will open the Serie A campaign next Saturday hosting promoted Torino at Dall'Ara stadium.

Inter will host another Serie A newcomer, Verona, at San Siro Sunday.

Chistian Vieri, who joined Inter in a record transfer of US$50 million, and Chilean veteran striker Ivan amorano gave the visitors a 2-1 first-half lead.

Vieri scored 16 seconds after the kickoff and Zamorano headed in Inter's second goal in the 35th, six minutes after Beppe Signori's equalizer for Bologna.

Zamorano started in the place of Brazilian forward Ronaldo, who just returned from vacation and is not yet in top form.

The Chilean forward was impressive and nearly scored in the second half. His powerful header from 6 meters was stopped with a great save by his former teammate Gianluca Pagliuca, the keeper who moved to Bologna from Inter in the off-season.

Binotto scored two beautiful goals with left drives in the57th and 73rd.

Sanchez goal came as Inter was one player down following the expulsion of newly-signed French defender Laurent Blanc.
