As a squad player he picked up Premiership and FA Cup winners medals in his first season at Highbury.He is a good, experienced player who can be relied upon to produce solid performances when needed.Indeed, during 1999/2000 he often played at the heart of the Gunners defence and had some outstanding games particularly during the mid-season absence of the club skipper Tony Adams. |
