| Another player who thas come through the ranks at Arsenal.A goalscoring midfielder Greg Lincoln scored twice during a pre-season game against Borehamwood in July 2000 and was showing his determination to make the difficult breakthrough to the first team.He has though played for the Gunners starting eleven on a couple of occasions.He played against Derby County in the Worthington Cup in September 1989 while just over a year later started in the UEFA Cup against Greek side Panathinaikos.During the 1999/2000 season Lincoln had a good goals return for a midfielder by notching 13 for the reserves. |
