| Euell has joined his teammate Carl Cort by breaking into the England Under-21 set-up in recent times after reportedly turning down the chance to play for Jamaica or Barbados.He made an instant impact, scoring on his debut fortThe Dons against Southampton back in October 1995 and but for several injuries could have made even more progress to date.He finished as the Dons' leading league scorer in 1997/98 with eight goals and scored another eight last season. If he can avoid more injuries his pace and skill should ensure a major future in the game.He recently signed a five-year contract at Selhurst Park, in the hope of warding off any potential bidders for his signature. |
