| TEAM NOTES | ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ATHLETIC BILBAO TEAM REPORT ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Coach: Jupp Heynckes (2nd year) Liga Primera Record: 0-2-0 Rank: T-17th, 0 points Last Result: 2-0 loss vs. Barcelona, September 14 Streak: Lost 2 Next Game: at Sevilla, September 22 Copa del Rey Last Result: 1st Round ~ 2-1 win at Amurrio, September 11 Fans are restless in Bilbao following Athletic's 2-0 loss to Barcelona in the home opener last weekend. Coach Jupp Heynckes is already under the spotlight as his side has yet to take home a point after two matches. Players did not want to make excuses, but the side did have six players out of action last weekend and was forced to use a couple of B team players. There will be no excuses this week however as Joseba Etxeberria, Fran Yeste, Oscar Vates, Tiko, Asier Del Horno and Bittor Alkiza are expected to be available to Heynckes. Athletic is off to Andalucia this weekend to take on Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium. The Basque giants have won just nine of 58 previous meetings with Sevilla down south. The two clubs played to a thrilling 3-3 draw last season as Athletic rallied from a 3-1 deficit. But Athletic will look for a little revenge on last season's 1-0 home loss in San Mames in April.
