Streak: Lost 2 Next Game: vs. Lecce, February 24 Fiorentina lost their 14th Serie A game of the season against bitter rivals Juventus at the Stadio delle Alpi on Saturday afternoon...the "viola" played a decent game against subdued opponents, with Adriano managing to level the score before Alex Del Piero scored the winner for the black & whites at the end of the first-half...Fiorentina continued to play well in the second-half, but defender Andrea Tarozzi's dismissal put paid to any hopes they had of tying the game...coach Ottavio Bianchi kept faith with his team, despite the defeat, saying after the game: "the team has found its character once more, I think we'll battle all the way to avoid relegation"...Nuno Gomes returns from suspension for Sunday's game against Lecce, but Tarozzi is banned and Enrico Chiesa, Mirko Benin, Marco Franceschetti, Paolo Vanoli and Riccardo Taddei are all injured...Fiorentina are undefeated at home against Lecce in nine previous meetings between the two clubs.
