Some users were critical of Chelsea's high ranking before it lost to Liverpool and dropped from the list. Ben Radford/Allsport

CNN and World Soccer magazine release their votes each Monday for the Top 10 club football teams worldwide, and we want to know your opinion. The weekly feature has generated tremendous response. Below is a selection of some of the best from the last week. Check back next week to see the response to this week's Top 10.

I can't believe how ignorant English soccer fans are. No South Americans should be in the top 10, eh? Well, lets see... top stars in European leagues are from South America... SA has won as many Intercontinental Cups as Europe... and oh yeah, England has not won a WC in 30 years, and FINALY were able to pull through and win the Champion's League after what, 10 years or so right? Give me a break. South America still produces the most talent, and the teams there are on even par with the Europeans.
-- Gabriel Rivero, New York, N.Y.

Is this the WORLD Top Ten, or is it the European Top Ten! I am a die-hard Bayern Munich fan but I believe they shouldn't be in the Top Ten, because I really think they have proven a useless team for the past month. If you look at those S. American teams, you will find a couple of (OH!) so talented players in each. So please "FOCUS", on S. American teams just a bit more.
-- Iman, Dubai

Look for Barcelona to hold down top spot for the year. Rivaldo is the most dangerous player in world soccer. I'm waiting for my fav's Leeds Utd. to finally make a well-deserved appearance.
-- Tyler, Perth, Australia

It is irritating to read the comments of Americans that don't know anything about soccer. Teams in Argentina can beat teams from Europe. This is for the guy from Seattle. Boca Juniors beat Barcelona 1-0 in Nou Camp a couple of months ago. Watch baseball and shut up!!!!
-- Chiche, Buenos Aires

Firstly to Jeremy Means in South Korea, Man. U have more points in the league and Champions Leage tables, that's why they're above Chelsea in the rankings, and second, to Drew Dillin in Seattle Washington, I totally agree, I'm not an Arsenal fan myself, but they do deserve a place in the top 10.
-- Chris Buckley, Manchester

Manchester, Bayern, Inter Milan, Chelsea, AC Milan, Boca Juniors, Real Madrid. None of these teams are capable of defeating the SPORT CLUB CORINTHIANS PAULISTA. Maybe Lazio or Barcelona can play face to face with my team. Well let's see in January when there will be a real world championship. you will see that I'm right.
-- Noam Goldstein, Sao Paulo, Brazil

As a great soccer (football, for me) fan, I invite you all to stop blaspheming about Corinthians and check their beautiful way to play. Believe me, I decided to verify and I got surprised with those guys! Maybe if the Brazilian championship be more showed the Corinthians could be face to face with Barcelona, Manchester and other European teams.
-- Bruce Willis, Los Angeles, Calif.

Arsenal should be Number 8 in this Top 10 World Soccer, if you smell what the rock is cookin'.
-- Michaels, Pahang

I would like to see the name of Leeds United to be on top ten as they are one of the hottest sides in Europe now. I am not a Leeds fan, but their young side impressed me and a lot of the people in my hometown.
-- Michael, Brunei

The notion espoused by some that Inter Milan shouldn't be on the Top 10 list due to their lack of participation in a European competition this season is absurd. The list is a ranking of the top in teams in the world RIGHT NOW. So why then do some insist that this year's Inter squad should be penalized for the poor showing on the pitch of last year's squad. Right now Inter is playing great football and this should be reflected by any legitimate Top 10 rankings. It seems to me that what people are complaining about when they say Inter should not be included, is the poor showings of other clubs due to overcrowded schedules!
-- Scott Hunter, Baltimore, Md.

And now you added Corinthians? Why do you feel you need to put South American teams in the TOP 10? Both Boca Juniors and Corinthians would be, bottom of the table in any European top league. You are doing a terrible disservice by rewarding those teams and leaving out deserving European teams.
-- Luiz , Yarmouth, Mass.

Man, it really disgusts me that Manchester dropped from top to third spot. Every one knows that they are better than Lazio. I mean Manchester has better, and more skilled players than Lazio with an exception of Veron. Now, he is an awesome player, I think. On the other hand, he doesn't top Beckham. The only thing that Manchester needs is a much better goalkeeper. Man, they were hammered down with a 5-0 loss. Really they can do better than that!! But that was before last week, now, they deserved top spot again!!!
-- Carola Vaisman, Singapore

I'm a Barca fan and I honestly think that Barcelona is currently the best team in the world and deserves the first spot. I believe that the rankings are correct except for one thing which I think is not what is should be: Real Madrid is doing very bad in the Liga and should leave its place to more competent teams such as Arsenal. VIVA CNN WORLD SOCCER!!!
-- Othman Noussairi, New York, N.Y.

Considering the form of Real Madrid, I'm amazed they rank in the top 10 - after all, they're only 8th in the Spanish First Division.
-- Matthew Bossenger, Johannesburg, South Africa

How can Chelsea, recent winners of... erm... not that much, possibly rank above Arsenal, who won the English Double two seasons ago, and came second in the Championship last year??
-- A. Harris, Evesham

Back to this week's Top 10.
