Arsenal doesn't belong after losing at home to Fiorentina in the Champions League. Barcelona is definitely not #1.
Michael Catalano, Peoria, Ariz.

You guys really need to get out of Europe and realize that South American futbol is just as good if not better than the European game.

ATLANTA (CNN/SI) -- Lazio reclaimed the No. 1 ranking in this week's edition of the CNN/World Soccer Top 10, a unique ranking of football clubs issued each Monday and determined through voting by correspondents from CNN Sports and World Soccer magazine.

The Italian club, which lost the top spot to Spain's Barcelona last week, returned to the lead this week after drawing 1-1 with Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League and 1-1 with Inter Milan in Serie A.

Manchester United moved up two spots and is ranked second. The English club defeated Croatia Zagreb 2-1 to clinch a spot in the second round of the Champions League, and it beat Aston Villa 3-0 in Premier League play.

Barcelona dropped to third after losing 2-1 to Deportivo La Coruna over the weekend. In Champions League play, Barca pounded AIK of Sweden 5-0.

Bayern Munich jumped up four spots to fourth place despite a 2-1 loss to PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League.

Italian side Juventus made the biggest gain of the week, climbing five spots to fifth. La Juve trails Serie A leader Lazio by just one point in the league standings after a 1-0 win over Piacenza.

Norway's Rosenborg, a 2-0 winner over Boavista in the Champions League, advanced one spot to a No. 6 ranking.

French club Bordeaux, a newcomer to the CNN/World Soccer Top 10 last week, fell from third to seventh after a 0-0 Champions League draw with Sparta Prague.

AC Milan, which is in a fight with Hertha Berlin and Chelsea for the two qualifying spots from Group H in the Champions League, dropped from fifth to eighth.

France's Olympique Marseille, Spanish league leader Rayo Vallecano and England's Leeds United finished in a three-team tie for ninth in the rankings with 23 points each.
