Williams advance to doubles semis

WIMBLEDON, England (AP) -- Serena and Venus Williams complemented their singles success at Wimbledon by reaching the doubles semifinals, beating Slovenia's Tina Krizan and Katarina Srebotnik 6-2, 6-0 Friday.

The sisters will meet in the women's final Saturday. It is the third all-Williams final in the last four Grand Slams -- Venus won the U.S. Open in September and Serena took the French Open last month.

Playing on Court 1 and delayed by 2 1/2 hours because of rain, the Williams sisters broke Srebotnik's serve in the opening game and were seldom in trouble in the 52-minute match.

Serena served out to love to take the first set in 27 minutes, and the sisters immediately broke to lead 1-0 in the second set when Srebotnik double-faulted.

Serena Williams' return then gave the sisters a fifth break of the match to lead 5-0. Venus again faced two break points as she served for the match, and again saved the first with an ace and the second with a service winner.
