El Aynaoui advances to semis

CASABLANCA, Morocco (AP) -- Morocco's Younes El Aynaoui advanced
to the semifinals of the Grand Prix Hassan II open on Friday by
beating Frenchman Paul-Henri Mathieu 2-6, 6-4, 7-6 (3).
El Aynaoui, seeded second here, won this year's Doha title and
reached the final in Dubai.
He next faces Mikhail Youzhny of Russia, who earlier eliminated
another Frenchman, Anthony Dupuis, 7-6 (5), 6-2.
The Grand Prix Hassan II is worth dlrs 381,000 in overall prize
money.
