French Open, NBC extend TV deal through 2024

NEW YORK (AP) -- The French Open has extended its U.S. television contract with NBC through 2024.

The new deal, announced Sunday, will add Memorial Day and women's semifinal coverage to the network.

By the end of the contract, the Grand Slam tournament will have aired on NBC for 42 consecutive years.
