New York Mets -- Optioned pitcher Octavio Dotel to Norfolk of the International League (AAA); recalled third baseman Mike Kinkade from Norfolk. Pittsburgh Pirates -- Activated pitcher Mike Williams from the 15-day disabled list; optioned pitcher Jimmy Anderson to Nashville of the Pacific Coast League (AAA); purchased the contract of catcher Chris Tremie from Nashville; transferred pitcher Rich Loiselle from the 15-day to the 60-day disabled list; optioned catcher Yamid Haad to Altoona of the Eastern League (AA).
