Sacramento Kings -- Renewed the contracts of assistant vice president of basketball operations Wayne Cooper, assistant coach Pete Carril, director of scouting Scotty Stirling, trainer Pete Youngman and regional scout Keith Drum. FOOTBALL Carolina Panthers -- Signed defensive end Mike Rucker, a second-round pick; signed wide receivers Dialleo Burks and Kez McCorvey, linebacker Alan Campos, cornerback Cliff Shamburger, safety Lee Wiggins and offensive lineman Derrick Turner.
