The sight of an NBA star writhing in pain was all too familiar. New York Knicks center Patrick Ewing dislocated his right wrist last Saturday night when he fell attempting a dunk in Milwaukee and will miss the rest of the season. Ewing becomes the latest in a series of top-notch players to be sidelined by injuries. Here are two All-Star rosters of the missing in action.
