Cartin' Martin Steals Cink's Ink
In the 1997 Greater Heartache Open, Stewart Cink shot a Sunday 66 and rose to the top, thanks to the sinking of Jeff Maggert, who blew makable putts all the way home. Maggert, one of the Tour's premier bridesmaids, settled for his 10th runner-up finish in five years. This week Cink will take a backseat to Casey Martin, who is playing on a sponsor's exemption after making his big-tour debut at the U.S. Open. David Duval, Justin Leonard and Vijay Singh join Cink and Martin in hot pursuit of the GHO's $360,000 winner's check.
