The Steelers won four Super Bowls with Terry Bradshaw under center, but since he retired after the 1983 season, Pittsburgh has been searching for a quarterback to deliver a title. Only Neil O'Donnell (above) came close. He directed the Steelers to the Super Bowl in January 1996, but then he signed a five-year, $25 million free-agent deal with the Jets.
