The Fox Family Channel presents Ice Angel (Sunday, 8 p.m.), a two-hour TV movie in which a U.S. Olympic men's hockey team captain meets an untimely demise and returns from the dead as...a female Olympic figure skater. The film reminds us that if you happen to be reincarnated as an ice queen, it's cool to down a brew, smoke a cigar and even kick ass as long as you nail the triple Axel when Olympic gold is on the line. (Somewhere Tonya Harding is smiling.) Despite speaking such lines as "I don't know the difference between a Salchow and a Holstein," Nicholle Tom is appealing in the title role. Hockey lover (and pal of Wayne Gretzky) Alan Thicke plays her skating coach.
