Kieschnick Watch

It's back! SI's Kieschometer returns to monitor Brooks Kieschnick's quest to forge a career as an outfielder and a pitcher.

Since we visited Kieschnick, 31, in late March, he's been recalled from Triple A by Milwaukee and is 0-1 with a 4.82 ERA, 16 strikeouts and four walks in 28 innings as a reliever. He's also hit .333 with four homers in 42 at bats, becoming the first player to homer as a pitcher, pinch hitter and DH. "I'm just looking for opportunities," he says.
