Henry Watson, PITTSBURGH
Watson, a sophomore golfer at Villanova, had two holes in one on the front nine of the Fox Chapel Golf Club in Pittsburgh. He used a five-iron on the par-3 207-yard 3rd hole and a four-iron on the par-3 192-yard 6th hole.
Ray and Ruth Hines, KANSAS CITY, MO.
Ray, 65, and Ruth, 62, each had a hole in one during the same round at the Shoal Creek Golf Course. His came on the 3rd hole, hers on the 17th. He shot a 76; she shot 84.
Tyler Green, COLUMBIA CITY, IND.
Tyler, now 6, a kindergartner at Coesse Elementary School, made a hole in one on the par-3 94-yard 1st hole of the Canterbury Green Golf Course. Tyler won six of the eight Fort Wayne-area tournaments for three-to five-year-olds that he entered this summer.
John and Peter Allen, GIG HARBOR, WASH
John, 57, an accountant, and his son, Peter, 27, a lawyer, each had a hole in one on the par-3 170-yard 4th hole at Royal Colwood Golf Club in Victoria, B.C., on the same day.
Thomas O'Neil, BALTIMORE
O'Neil, 56, an investment adviser, used a three-iron on the par-3 189-yard 4th hole for a hole in one during a father-son tournament at the Beechtree Golf Club. He also had a hole in one in the same event 34 years ago, playing with his father.
Andrew and Kyle Jeans, TOMS RIVER, N.J.
Andrew, 5, and his brother Kyle, 12, each had a hole in one at the Greenbriar Woodlands Golf Course. Andrew got his on July 21; Kyle's came eight days later.
Dan Ernstberger, CHAPEL HILL, N.C.
Ernstberger, 23, a manager of a party rental center, had two holes in one the first time he played at the Salem Glen Country Club in Clemmons, N.C. He aced the par-3 184-yard 8th hole and the par-3 154-yard 12th hole.
