He may test the NBA waters after a breakout junior year (18.9 points, 9.4 rebounds per game), but he'll be the front-runner if he returns.
DEVIN HARRIS, G, Wisconsin
The creative point guard was Big Ten Player of the Year as a junior, averaging 19.5 points per game; he's also considering the NBA.
CHRIS PAUL, G, Wake Forest
A fantastic freshman year (14.9 points, 5.8 assists per game) has made him one of the ACC's brightest stars.
WAYNE SIMIEN, F, Kansas
A beast inside, the 6'9" senior-to-be led the Jayhawks with 17.8 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.
