Diller, a San Diego State sophomore with a 209 average, bowled 825 and 802 series at Leisure Lanes in San Diego's Ivy League. He became the first person in that city's history to achieve consecutive 800s while bowling in the same league.
Eddins, a U Mass/Boston sophomore, won the 800 meters and anchored the winning 4 X 400 relay as the Lady Beacons won the NCAA Division III outdoor track and field title. Last March she won the 800 indoors to help the team win that title.
Titi, a senior centerfielder at Hialeah Miami Lakes High, set a Division 4A state record with a three-year career total of 104 runs scored and an overall state record of 16 triples. This season he hit .510 and batted in 35 runs for the 20-6 Trojans.

Durocher, an Eastern Connecticut State sophomore, became the first pitcher ever to win five games at the NCAA Division III softball championship tournament as she led the Warriors to their second straight title, in Storm Lake, Iowa.

Paslay, 61, executed a clean and jerk of 102.5 kilos and a 72.5-kilo snatch to win his sixth National Masters weightlifting title. Paslay, at 175 pounds, holds national masters records in the clean and jerk (110 kilos) and total (190 kilos).
Mike, a senior at Deerfield High, won the state singles tennis title for the fourth straight year by beating Nick Barone of Maine West High. He became only the second player in state history and ninth in the nation to win four such titles.
