Even Norm Cash got some cheers, for a change. Two of the Tigers' five runs in Saturday's game came on his 19th homer. Norm generally is ridden hard by Tiger Stadium fans, but during the Oriole series, early in the week, the city's policemen and firemen, admitted free one night, cheered Cash robustly, sort of as one underdog to another.
