When I walk into the office Jerry Davis calls Albert out from another room. He enters looking oddly sinister.
"Hi, Al," I say.
He says nothing. His face is tight and creased in a way I've never seen it.
"Listen, I have to borrow back my radio. I hope you don't mind."
Albert's eyes flash. "What do you think, I stole it?" he yells.
I look to see if he's kidding. "No, who said that? I just need it for a while."
"So who told you to come over here? I don't need your stupid radio." He glares at me.
"What's going on?" I ask, confused and a bit scared. "What's happening, Albert?"
Suddenly he begins to yell and curse. He goes into the other room and brings out the radio, thrusting it at me. "Go back to Brooklyn!" he screams. "Leave me alone. Take it! Get out of here!"
"Al," I say, "I don't understand. I'm not accusing you of anything...."
