[4 of Spades]
Win the diamond lead and play a spade to the ace. If everyone follows, claim 13 tricks before you do something silly like taking a losing finesse.
Once everyone follows to the first spade, you can set up a long spade for your 13th trick. Ruff a spade high at trick two, enter dummy with a trump, ruff another spade, ace of hearts, heart ruff, ruff a third spade, ruff a second heart and use the two remaining spades in dummy to discard both queens.
The trap is not to play a second trump prematurely. You need all those dummy entries to set up the spades in case of a 5-1 division.
