Fitness relay: Eight students to a team, each team member having a numbered position. The number 1 from each team jogs around the perimeter of the gym while each of the remaining seven teammates performs a designated fitness skill (such as sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, sit-and-reach or arm circles). When the runner returns to his line, he tags the number 2 person, who starts running; all other team members rotate one spot and perform another skill. First team to get all eight runners around the gym wins.
