BUY Geoff Jenkins, Brewers. The rightfielder (below) was abysmal in June, collecting hits in only nine of 23 games while striking out 25 times. But a second-half surge looks likely: He's hitting .409 in July. Grab him while his season numbers (.269, 10 HRs) are still modest.
SELLBrett Myers, Phillies. The fourth-year righty had an ERA of 2.06 at the beginning of June but has struggled since (5.17 ERA). Coming into the season, he was a mediocre starter (4.84 ERA)--and that's what he looks like again.
INVEST Jeff Francoeur, Braves. The 21-year-old rightfielder has done well (.353, 2 HRs, 5 RBIs) filling in for the injured Brian Jordan. He may not spend the rest of the season with the big club, but he should be a fixture in the middle of Atlanta's lineup--and possibly an All-Star--by 2007.
