What was your welcome-to-the-NFL moment?
The third game of my rookie season [1998] in Miami, we were doing turn protection and it was like, Here's my chest. [Dolphins DE] Jason Taylor just drilled me.

What was your most embarrassing moment?
That rookie year at Three Rivers in Pittsburgh. Breaking the huddle, I turned and caught my foot in the turf and fell right down. Popped up like nothing happened.

Favorite off-day activity?

LAST WEEK

THIS WEEK
The 6'5" 307-pounder is preparing to face Seattle's pass rush, which generated an NFL-high 50 sacks.
