What was your welcome-to-the-NBA moment?
When we played the Bulls my rookie year. [Walker's from Chicago.] I started at the three, and I realized, I'm playing against Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen.

Your most embarrassing moment?
Shooting an air ball from the free throw line. Those are the times.

Your favorite off-day activity?
I'm a golf-a-holic. My handicap is 16.

What's one thing about being in the NBA that people don't really know or think about?
That we watch soap operas. I'm a big All My Children and One Life to Live guy.

If I weren't in the NBA, I'd ...
be a businessman. I've always seen myself working on Wall Street, downtown, corporate America.

If I were commissioner for a day, I'd ...
make it mandatory that every team gets games on national television.

LAST WEEK
Walker scored 26 points in a win over Orlando before heading to Houston to socialize at All-Star weekend.

THIS WEEK
Miami hosts the Sonics, against whom Walker, 29, scored 15 points in a win last month.
