SATURDAY 3/4
No. 21 North
Carolina at No. 1 Duke
He's Robin to J.J. Redick's Batman, but Duke's Shelden Williams isn't playing
like a sidekick. The senior forward (above) leads the ACC in rebounding (10.1
per game) and with Redick (page 62) forms the nation's best inside-out tandem.
Williams can fill it up, too: His 18.8 points per game is third in the ACC.

American Cup
The world's top gymnasts vault into Philadelphia. Among the favorites:
Oklahoma's Jonathan Horton (right), who finished second in the all-around

given marks above 10.0. NBC 1 p.m.
Jeff Lacy vs. Joe
Calzaghe No wonder undefeated super middleweight Lacy (below) has been compared
with Mike Tyson: He's compact (5'9"), and loves quick knockouts (14 of his
22 bouts have ended before the fourth round). Don't expect Calzaghe (40-0) to
be intimidated. He has held the WBO super middleweight belt since 1997.
Showtime 9 p.m.
