On 19-year-old rookie Trail Blazer Sebastian Telfair, averaging 10.9 points and 5.9 assists since becoming a starter on March 4:

"Telfair might be the fastest guy in the league, and he's clearly a pass-first point guard. He makes the simple play by getting the ball to people at the right time, which I admire because not a lot of guys play that way anymore. He's a powerful little guy at 6 feet, 160 pounds, and he can be a nice NBA player just by continuing to push the ball at every opportunity. But if he wants to become really good, he's going to have to develop a jump shot--he's 1 for 15 from the three-point line since he became a starter--and learn to finish in the paint."
