WHEN THEY were friends and teammates growing up in Cleveland, Troy Smith (10) and Ted Ginn Jr. dreamed of moments like this. The Ohio State stars reveled in their team's 42--39 victory over No. 2 Michigan, a win that capped a perfect regular season for the top-ranked school in the land. Next stop for Smith, Ginn and the Buckeyes: Glendale, Ariz., for the BCS national title game, on Jan. 8.
