De La Hoya forked over a $400,000 bonus last year to sign the indefatigable Ouma, who holds the CompuBox record for most punches thrown in a 10-round fight (1,331). On Saturday, Ouma will challenge Jermain Taylor for the WBC and WBO middleweight belts.
