Her favorite word in English? Love. In Portuguese? Saudade, which loosely translates into a "dreamy wistfulness or intense longing." Who knew this Brazilian was such a romantic? "It's true," says Ana Beatriz. "At least sometimes."

This former choirgirl is strictly old school when it comes to music: Al Green and Donny Hathaway are among her favorites. She will soon be adding "recording artist" to her résumé--she's in the studio working on her demo tape.
