Wright, a junior designated hitter at Georgia Southern, hit for the cycle in consecutive innings. He singled in the first, homered in the second, tripled in the third and doubled in the fourth, finishing the game 5 for 5 with five RBIs, three runs scored (and a hit by pitch) in the Eagles' 19--12 victory over Wofford.

J.T., a freshman left wing at Notre Dame Preparatory, scored two goals, including the overtime game-winner, to lead the Saints to the Arizona High School Hockey Association title. He had 31 goals and 12 assists and has been drafted by the Western Hockey League.

Aldred, a junior righthander at Canisius, has a Division I single-season record 15 saves. She is 8--4 with a 1.42 ERA and twice has been named Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference pitcher of the week. She also threw a complete-game shutout in a 7--0 win over Siena.

Jessica Worsley
BRICK, N.J. > Bowling
Worsley, a senior at Maryland--Eastern Shore, made two improbable spares—"the big four" (a 4--7, 6--10 split) and a 2--10 split—to help the Hawks win their first NCAA national championship in any sport; she was named the tournament's most outstanding bowler. Her regular-season average was 181.23.

Daniel Perdew
LA VERNE, CALIF. > Swimming
Perdew, a sophomore at UC San Diego, won Division II championships in the 50- and 100-yard freestyles in 20.07 and 44.23 seconds, respectively; both times were school records and met qualifying standards for the U.S. Olympic Trials. He was named male swimmer of the meet.
