The college courts will see a deluge of new talent this season. The main wave will come from the richly endowed class of '92, but in this age of Bylaw 5-1-(j), a.k.a. Proposition 48, fresh faces aren't necessarily frosh faces. Those members of the class of '91 who sat out last year will arrive, as will the latest contingent from the junior colleges. So, before any of them sets a sneaker on the court, we'll rank the best of the bunch (in descending order)—and wait for the letters.
