A pair of Welsh players lifted a teammate (legally) during a line-out—the rugby equivalent of a throw-in—on Saturday during the final match of the 6 Nations tournament in Cardiff, Wales. By beating Wales 17--15, Ireland (in green) achieved victories over all the teams in the tournament during the year, ending its 61-year wait for the Grand Slam.

Brett Metcalf of Iowa (right) gave North Carolina State's Darrion Caldwell a shove in mid-tumble as Caldwell celebrated his upset victory in the NCAA Division I wrestling championships on Saturday in St. Louis. Caldwell won the 149-pound final 11--6, but Iowa took home the team title for the second straight year.
