AMAZIN' TURNAROUND
When the Mets and the Angels last met, in June 2008, New York was plagued by controversy and infighting, a .500 team in the midst of firing manager Willie Randolph. However, when the speedy Jose Reyes and his Mets—more cohesive under skipper Jerry Manuel—next run into Chone Figgins (9) and L.A., it will be in the '09 World Series.
