[ON THE DECLINE] Bruce surprised just about everybody by remaining relevant in his first year out of St. Louis, gobbling up 61 passes and seven TDs. (The scores were his most since '02.) His familiarity with Mike Martz's offense from their days as Rams played a big part in that. Now that Martz is gone, you're more likely to get what you'd expect out of a 36-year-old WR in an unfamiliar offense: not a lot.

45 Michael JENKINS
FALCONS
AGE: 27
BYE WEEK: 4
AUCTION: $1

Jenkins set a career high with 777 yards and had at least four catches in eight of the Falcons' final 12 games, including the wild-card loss to the Cardinals. But it's hard to look past his track record. He has had no career 100-yard games in five seasons and just seven TD catches over the last two years. His only attraction is as a late-round flier.

46 Muhsin MUHAMMAD
PANTHERS
AGE: 36
BYE WEEK: 4
AUCTION: $1

Moose is getting long in the tooth, but he enjoyed a return to relevancy upon his return to Carolina, catching more balls and gaining more yards than in any season since he departed for Chicago in '05. For fantasy owners who lack a better alternative, Muhammad should have another solid, unspectacular year and will be teetering on the line between WR4 and WR5 all season.

47 Devery HENDERSON
SAINTS
AGE: 27
BYE WEEK: 5
AUCTION: $1

Henderson has quietly become one of the better deep threats in the NFL, yet he still isn't a big-time fantasy performer. In '08 his 8.5 yards after the catch was the best by any WR since '00. His TDs come too few and far between to start him on a weekly basis, however. So despite playing with Drew Brees on arguably the league's most explosive offense, he's little more than a long-shot WR.

48 Bobby ENGRAM
CHIEFS
AGE: 36
BYE WEEK: 8
AUCTION: $1

Engram could easily be the wild card in the Chiefs' offense (and we're including Larry Johnson in that assessment). If Engram can quickly establish a rapport with Matt Cassel and dial into his '07 self, Kansas City will have a lethal No. 2 WR to divert coverage away from the emerging Dwayne Bowe. Of course, at age 36, that's easier said than done.

49 Nate BURLESON
SEAHAWKS
AGE: 28
BYE WEEK: 7
AUCTION: $1
